The original downhill trail was finished in spring of 2007. It is made up of lots of berms, doubles, a wall ride, drops, a step down, a road gap, and a creek gap, so basically everything you could possible ask for in a terrain with moderate elevation change. In the spring of 2008 an extension was made on the downhill trail splitting off behind the wall ride with a few well sculpted tight berms followed by a rooty single track finish.
The dual slalom course has been around since before the Clemson Freeride club was even formed. It received a much needed revamping in fall of 2007 which completely remade the course. The course is tight and fun running dual lanes around berms and over jumps up until the last berm where racers take a head to head finish down the hill for the win.
There are two lines of dirt jumps here in the forest. One is a small line suitable for beginners while the other boasts larger sculpted jumps.
The pump track, as with every other pump track, is an ongoing project of intertwining lines that will keep a rider content for hours.
The freeride course is still in the dreaming stages. With a few features built here and there it is only a matter of time until a freeride line is built
